Geverese Develpment B Block's architectural design is distinguished by a unique and refined style, thoughtfully crafted to meet the needs of modern residents and to provide a comfortable, inviting living environment. This 14-story building features two separate entrances. Each entrance is serviced by two elevators—one for passengers and one for freight. These elevator systems are supplied by KONE. The installation and maintenance are carried out by IKMA Georgia, an authorized KONE partner. These elevators ensure reliable and secure operation throughout the building.
